What clothes do you have to wear to get into the floater club on the second level please help me!!!!!??????

I can't remember where the 'Floaters' club is and "the second level" doesn't help because the order you unlock places are chosen by the choice you made when making yor urb.
But I can tell you that to get into any club on any level you have to buy the clothing that is in the clothing store in that particular level and your popularity number needs to be at, at least a certain number to get in.
P.S.- the clothing store is marked with a floating neon outline of a shirt.
If I remember correctly the Floaters club is at Kicktail Park? If so, you'll need to go to the clothing store and buy some skateboarder type clothes.
