tageface?

I got tagface and when I try it on people(well I have only tried neo flange..) he takes the can and sprays me. The only 3 things I have to do left is tagface people.. :/

Keep trying. I used it on a person even though it was red in the 'act mean' list. Also you could try other act mean options. I completed the task on two people by using papparazzi pop.
