If you have creativity level 10, you can go to Goth Manor and learn Pixel Booty.
Once you have learned that, save up money to get the Synthesizer, and throw a party and make sure to invite Malcom.
Once he is there, play Pixel Booty and he will get naked and get arrested for indecent exposure.

You might want to try to get Malcolm over first and then throw a party

Invite malcolm over then throw a party. If ya have 10 creativity get a synthesizer. Play the synthesizer and malcolm will get naked. Malcolm will be aressted for plublic nudity.
