You get on the c spanker by car. First you go to the squid port and drive over to the lighthouse next to the ship as you arrive you should see a ramp if you jump it (with your car)you should land inside the ship. Follow the road up turn left BUT DO THIS CAREFULLY AND SLOWLY because there is an edge there. Park your car close to the left side then get out of your car double jump onto the ledge and your on the ship.

By the Duff Brewery there is an alley with glass walls on either end. In that alley there is a ramp that you can use to jump onto the ship. You have to be going pretty fast to make the jump.
