After you kill the first one you need to go down the ramp by the ballista.

Run to the other side and wait near the edge if you to beat the level quicker.

A Nazgul will appear after you kill a certain amount of them.

If you have Legolas to level 10 and have Elven Bow Mastery you will beat the level after two elephants and kill the Nazgul.

You will kill it faster than Aragorn or Gimli could.

I need help with it too, but when I go down the ramp and the elphant thing is coming I aim at all the guys instead of it, what do I do?

nintendo_dude answered:

You migth want to kill the Nazgul. It is easiest to kill with Legolas and his arrows.
