If you are talking about the one that catches the oil on fire. Just jump over the bridge into lake Hylia. It's the only way. Good luck...

After you make it to the Desert you will see the piece of the bridge that is missing sitting in the sand. Midna will ask you if you want to transport it somewhere and just say to the Bridge. Then it will fall into place and fit perfectly to let you cross. Otherwise if you want to get over to that side you are going to have to go all the way around the long way. Just follow the map. Good luck!
