I'm in the sand temple and I found three of those spirits. How do I get the last one? It seems like it comes out of nowhere!

I'm pretty sure you mean the Abitors Grounds, if so, you are in the part where you have to find the four poes to light the torches. Well, using the wolf and his senses will trail the scent of those pesty poes, and the hardest one is hidden behind a wall (probably the one you're stuck on), using Link after you've followed the scent with the wolf, of course, there is a puzzle to solve to open up the wall. Hint: Look for a chain handle on the floor.
