There is a bridge that leads out to about the middle of the Lake. On the middlest island, from whence there is no bridge, there is a house and a strange guy. Talk to Fyer (that's him), and he'll launch you up to the top (I don't think it costs you money this time, but it might--so have 10 rupees handy). Walk out of this place (it'll cost you to do the Flight-by-Fowl back down, so don't just now). Now you're out of the lake, more or less.

To get out of lake hylia you just need to go to the fat man in the cloun suit pay him money and hell shoot you right out.

You will need 10 rupees. To get out of the lake, find a house floating around. Talk to the guy there and launch out of his cannon(disguised as a house) for 10 rupees. Watch him spin a crank and be launched out of a cannon on the roof. You will end up on a target. Go inside the door and climb up the ladder. You will see some whistle grass. You have an option of just calling Epona(your horse) or just walking back to town. When there, you can find the prince in Telma's bar. You can tell it will be the bar because you will see one of the knights standing in front of the path. Ilia will also be in the bar. A cutscene will appear and now you must guide Telma, Ilia, and the Zora prince over to Kakariko Village. Then the Queen will appear after and boom bam, you got your Zora Armor.
