Sorry for the wait. The first few times reading the question I did not under stand what you were asking. To catch the Hylian Loach:
1. Go to snow peak and talk to the girl there. She will give you a picture she drew.
2. Show that picture to the Zora standing guard right outside snow peak.
3. Go to the graveyard and talk to the Zora Prince who is in the King of the Zoras grave area.
4. Show him the picture. He will give you a new hook for your fishing rod.
5. Go back to Hylian Lake you should find red fish swiming around at some point. Get on land and go fishing. It will be the first fish you catch. After catching it turn into a wolf and learn the scent and go to the snow peak. Turn on sence mode and follow the trail.

UR last answer was wrong the fish he is talking about is the reek fish a hylian loach can be caught any where you can find them easy place to look is in south hyrule field and go into a secret grotto at the top of the only pillar out there

First you have to be in the summer weather( in the fishing hole). That means you have to go out, and in again. Then make sure no leaves are falling and there are lilly pads. Yu have to catch the oradon catfish hylian pike and hylian bass in the fishing hole with a lure not a normal fishing rod. Then it's the easiest if you have a sinking lure. Now you need all of the three fish in your fishng journal( the ones that you catch in your canoe doesnt count) so go past the bridge and go to the furthest point on the island. Then when it goes deep down, and I mean really deap, then do it. Once you hav it go fishing alone. If she sees it shell take it away. Use the sinking lure, and hope that a hylian louch will come.
