I have a few questions:
1] Where do you find all the poe spirits besides the Albiters grounds and jovani's house?
2]what does jovaini give you after giving all 20 spirits. 3]how do you get to the second ingrident for the yeti man?
4] is there a way to getthe magic armor than that rich ass place in hyrule

1. I don't feel like typing that much, sorry.
2. There are 60 poe souls ans for 20 he'll give you a new bottle with the BEST healing equipment in all of Hyrule. For 60 poe souls His cat will give you 200 rupees. Just leave the town area and come back to the cat and the cat will give you 200 more rupees. 3. Yeti man?
4. Have you beaten the Lakebed temple yet you need to do that first. Pay 2000 rupees the Goron inside the malo mart in kakariko (don't worry you can pay any amount you want and pay the rest later). They should have repaired the bridge to the castle town. The Goron should ask for 2000 rupees more to get Malo to take over the castle town shop DO NOT PAY HIM. Talk to the goron outside the malo mart he sould eventually give you a barrel full of hot spring water. Do not get attacked by any enemies on the way there across the new bridge on the east gate to the town or you will drop the barrel break it have to go back and get another. Come close to the goron resting there and he should talk to you then throw the barrel at him he should roll off wait for a couple seconds. He should come back carrying a barrel himself and he drops a piece of heart. Pick up the piece of heart. Go into town. As soon as you get in he should be in the bazzare. Buy some more spring water from him for 20 rupees. Go to the south gate and talk to the goron he will drink your water and roll into the rocks and get them out of the way (takes about a day or two with him out of sight). Go back to Kakariko and the goron inside has reduced the cost to 200 rupees! Once your back in the castle town again the armor should cost 598 rupees. Technically you paid 2798 rupees with getting the cost down. But the shop looks kind of wierd.
P.S. You lose rupees as you wear the armor. If you run out of rupees you might as well wear the iron boots.

The answer to your first question is that they are all around Hyrule and in some towns. They only appear at night. A few examples would be: There are two poes in the graveyard at night. One you have to pull the gravestone on the right for it to appear. There are two near castle town, one on the eastern gate and one on the western gate. There are 5 in Lake Hylia (where the guy shoots you from the canon). Also there are 3 in Zora's Domain. Hope that should help. If you need more let me know.
