Is It A Bad Thing To Have Downloaded this game as a rom or not?

if not I dont care then
And Why it is so slow on Dolphin Emulater?

1)No, it's not a bad thing
2)If it's so slow on the computer (is that the Dolphin Emulator thing?), then depending on what your computer can handle and what the Emulator can do, the game could run a little slower...
I'm no expert in that, but that is one idea that I have...
