Secret village

Theres this huge rock pile in front of the the secret village and I don't know how to get past it please help me.

You really have no buiseness with the secret village until you are at the part where you need to get the last Mirror of Twilight shard. To get in there, you need help from that big old goron you freed from the goron mines. You can find him in the sanctuary at Karkariko.You can't get him to help until you have gone through all the other steps of restoring the magic to the dominion rod. And how does he get in the sanctuary any way? Hes huge and you hear him go out the door.

Once you are at the part that you need to be in the secret village one of the gorons (the one that you had to save) since he is so big and strong he just brakes right through the rocks for you and be careful when you go there.
P.s. He is in the shaman's sanctuary infront of the cemertary. Hope this helps.
