There is a connon that you find in some place, but you have to use Midna to teleport it and then you have to give it to the clown dude at the lake. He'll rebuild it and you use your clawshot to get there.
Sorry I don't have any details, I beat the game and haven't pllayed it in a while. I hope I helped a little though.

You repair the cannon for the weird dude beside Lake Hylia and he will launch you there or something.
