How do you get the 3rd triforce shard.
P.S. What the heck is a hyoi pear because I looked up how to get the 3rd shard online and it said I needed one?

A hyoi pear is a thing that lets you control seagulls. Buy it from beedle for 10 ruppies.

If you have the map go to the Island and use the pear.When you are a seagull fly into all of the switches on the pointy moutains but watch out for the big birds.When you have hit all the switches the door will open and the chest will be in there.
