It's actually the Hero's Charm, you'll get it when you give Miss Marie 50 Joy Pendants. It's on the Quest Menu, under the Shield and whatnot - when equipped, you'll see your enemy's life bar!
The key to obtaining the Joy Pendants (Butterfly Necklaces) is to Grapple attack the Moblins before you kill them or run away from them! By using your Grapple on a Moblin - you're guaranteed a Pendant.
As for finding them - you can always do that Savage Labyrinth on Outset Island to also get a ton of Rupees.
Or (I suggest) going to a Platform somewhere on the Great Sea where there are some Moblins, get their Pendants, play the Song of Passing and repeat...
First it's called the 'Hero's Charm' and second- FIND OUT FOR YOUSELF AND JUST COLLECT ALL THE BUTTERFLY CHARMS!
It's called the hero's charm. You get it when you give mrs. Marie 40 "Joy Pendants".It displays an enemie's health. It's pretty hard to get,if you ask me.That's how you get the hero's charm.
It's hard to explain, so i'll just give you a picture.
