Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
I can't find Makar. He is not behind the waterfall. And the temple door isn't open. Does anyone know where he is?

First you get in the earth temple and do that then you need to use the iron boots and get in the wind temple to get that song and wen you've done that makar is behind the waterfall !!

So I did everything, I acquired the boots and the bracelet and I even got the song down, when I went to forest haven I didn't see the music notes and I didn't see makar when I got in the waterfall, something is wrong! Is it a glitch or did I miss something?? I have the GameCube one

I did everything and Makar is not under the waterfall. My problem is that I used an Action Replay mini disc to defeat Deus probatur. (infinite arrows) .

Once you've learned the Ballad of Gales from Cyclos and got the Fire and Ice Arrows from Mother & Child Isles - go to Fire Mountain and use an Ice Arrow on the Island to start another 5 minute timer; enter the Island and get the Power Bracelets within the 5 minutes. Now you can lift and throw the Headstones! Also, go to Ice Ring Isle and shoot a Fire Arrow at the Island to start another 5 minute timer; enter the Island and get the Iron Boots within the 5 minutes. Then you can do the Earth and Wind Temples when you've gone to them and learned their Songs...
Makar is at Forest Haven - you know when you got to the Island the first time and you made your way up to go meet the Great Deku Tree, well, do the same thing, only, when you get to the waterfall - you should notice some different music. Change the Wind to face the waterfall and use the Deku Leaf to enter the cave and awaken Makar as the Sage of the Wind Temple...
