Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

I haven't played this game in a really really long time and I don't want to start over and um I really need help rescuing my sister...well aryll because someone told me to do that but I can't get on to the forsaken fortress......can anybody help me?

I think that I need to go to Hyrule Castle but I can't find it. Is it under water because I've already been there once.....aw please help me......

Get in your boat go to forsaken fortress kill what evers in your way or if the king red dude tells you to go somewhere else cause you can't go there then I know you don go to hyrule cause I beat it 2 times and a half
