Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

I'm stuck. I read some other questions and found out where I need to go but I'm not sure where it is. Can anybody give me the EXACT cordinence to the island where the GHOST SHIP MAP is?

To make it to Diamond Steppe Island and get the Ghost Ship Chart, first go to Outset Island and then sail northwest from there...
On the Sea Chart - Diamond Steppe Island is on the far left column and on the second row from the bottom...

I think it's north of Outset Island.
