Roll into the Deku tree and they will fall off. Defeat them all before they get back on.

Roll into the Deku Tree to knock them off and then kill as many as possible before they climb back on.

You need to roll into the tree and hit it, then all of the Chu-chus will fall and you'll be able to defeat them all.
