I don't know where the iorn boots are and the rock lifter gloves are on legend of zelda the wind waker?

Here's everything you have to do in order to get the Ironboots and Powerbracelets:
1. Get the hero bow from the Tower of the gods.
2. Find a cyclone on Northen triangle island, Mother and child islets or Shark island
3. Go near the cyclone and shoot arrows at the wind god, Cyclos.
4. Learn "Ballad of gales" from Cyclos.
5. Conduct "Ballad of gales" and warp to Mother and child islets. You have to do it after rescuing Aryll (Links sister).
6. Earn fire and ice arrows from the fairy queen (Looks like a child)
7. Use fire arrows to heat up Ice ring island and get Ironboots.
8 Use Ice arrows to cool down Fire mountain and get Powerbracelets

First, you need the Fire and Ice Arrows - if you have them, skip the next paragraph; if you need them, just continue reading. Sail to Mother & Child Isles and approach the Cyclone until it sucks you in. Then, use your Bow to shoot the guy (Cyclos) in the Tornado with 3 Arrows to learn a new Song (the Ballad of Gales). Now play the Ballad of Gales and transport to Mother & Child Isles (you'll see why)!

Go to Ice Ring Isle and shoot a Fire Arrow at the Island to start a 5 minute timer - enter the Island and get the Iron Boots within the 5 minutes. Now go to Fire Mountain and use an Ice Arrow on the Island to start another 5 minute timer - enter the Island and get the Power Bracelets within the 5 minutes.

Then you'll be ready for the 2 Temples (Earth and Wind). The Earth Temple's first - go to Headstone Island, learn the Song (Earth God's Lyric) and go find Medli (the Rito on Dragon Roost Island). Once you beat the Earth Temple - go to Gale Isle, learn the Song (Wind God's Aria) and go find Makar (the Korok on Forest Haven) to beat the Wind Temple.

The iron boots are in Ice Ring Isle, 3 squares East of Forest Haven and the Power Bracelets are in Fire Mountain, 1 square South of Dragon Roost Island. The fire and ice arrows you need to get them are in Mother And Child Isles, you need that cyclone song to get them.
