Yo guys I've beaten this game four times but havent played it in 3 years so I need some help. OK,can someone tell me where the grapiling hook is on dragon roost ile?

It's in the Dragon Roost Cavern (the Dungeon), near the start of it when you go outside and find Medli - save her by destroying the bad guys to get the Grappling Hook!

The grappling hook is on the top floor. At the start you have to dash up a flight of stairs before Valoo destroys them. Then kill the 2 Bokoblins and then the Moblin to free Medli. Talk to her to unlock the Grappling Hook.
