Get in your Boat and go out to Sea until you can see all of Dragon Roost Island. Get out your Pictograph, aim it at the Peak (top) of the Island, Zoom in as far as you can and you should be able to make out Valoo's outline, take that shot - that's the best you can do - hopefully it works!

Ok beat the game first and save where you start with the deluxe picto box. At the beginning where you are at dragon roost island and whenever
You get the grapilling hook from medli valoo is raging get a shot of him there.Its awsome!

I think you can get 1 from Lorrenzo for 50 rupees, but I'm not sure.
Otherwise I don't know...

well u can get z pic of him from lenzo for rupees or take a pic of him when u get the grappling hook and the taking a pic from ur boat might just show a shadow of him

Go to the bottom of the broken stairs, striaght out from the door to the edge of the cliff and look up! Snap a shot of his head and thats all you need!
