Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

I have two problems....

1. I can't go inside the cabanna house of Mrs. Marie to get the triforce chart!!! That man says I have filthy hands and he wont let me in!!!!

2. Since I have finish my first quest and now I'm doing my second quest I forgot how to get the chart in the ghost ship. I really need help.

1) Once you have at least 20 Joy Pendants (those stupid Butterflies that you get from the Moblins), go give them to Mrs. Marie; she'll give you the Cabana Deed to that Oasis; now you can enter that house/cottage!

2) Go to Diamond Steppe Island (northwest of Outset); from your boat, use your Hookshot on a tree to get on the island; get to the top of the island using your Hookshot on the other trees and enter the hole to find yourself in a maze. Jump into the first cauldron, then go through the lower one, then the one to the upper right, next, enter the one to the upper left of the one that you came from and finally, open the Treasure Chest!
