You have to get them from ilands. 1 shoots out lave while the other has iceburgs around it. Hope I helped. E.M

You get them both at the same time. First of all you must get arrows and shoot the guy in the big cyclone. He will teach you the Ballad of Gales. The Ballad of Gales will warp you instantly to certain islands in the Great Sea. Warp to Mother and Child Isles (two sqquares West of Windfall Island) with the Ballad of Gales. You will be in the big island and the Queen of Fairies will talk to you and give you Fire and Ice arrows.

Once you learn the Ballad of Gales (by shooting the frog in a tornado at sea with three arrows) - play it and warp to the top left cyclone on the map chart and the Fairy there will give them to you!

You need to go to Mother and Child Isles after you've gotten the bow, then go into the giant tornado and aim at the big frog at the top and hit him 3 times with your arrows, then he will teach you how to use his little Cyclones and you use the cyclone to get into Mother and Child Isles and get the Fire and Ice arrows.
