1. To build up the magic bar you need to get to one of the fairie islands. One of 'em should raise your magic.
2. To do the flower thing you need to talk to the wierd eskimo dude. Do whatever he says. To trade with other traveling merchants you find fat guys with huge backpack and trade the flower thing.
3. I'm not sure I remember where Ganondorf is...heh.

I finished the game yesterday so I can tell you how to do 3.
Once you have the triforce piece go back to hyule go to the hiden area and there will be a clip, when thats finished go to the brige and attack the force field with the sord.
Follow the path use the hookshot to get acrossed the brige and your in the tower.
