Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
I have just left hrule temple which is under the water but I went to dragon roost don't ask why but I want to go to see valoo but were you get up the stairs have gone and I can't see anywere to hook onto please help also, do you have to use the tingle tuner to complete the game or can complete the game with out it please help

You can complete the game without the Tingle Tuner. And you don't have to go back up to see Valoo to complete it, either.
