Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

I need to get the fire and ice arrows, but everytime I go to mother child isles or w/e the fairy refuses to talk to me....one time she said I had to see someone or something. Now she won't even talk to me. I really need to get the fire and ice arrows. Also I only have 9 knights crests and I need one more......where can I find it? Please help me a.s.a.p!!!!!!!!

Once you've beaten Helmaroc and taken Tetra to Hyrule, use Ballad of Gales to get to Mother & Child Island. The Fairy Queen should give you the Fire & Ice Arrows now. As for the Knight's Crests... Well, you can get more in the Earth & Wind Temples.

You hav to start all the side quests and you hav to hav the bod and hav the tower of gods beaten!!

Did you get the wind waker song Balled of gales?After in Hyrule castle there won't be any until the next two dunguns.
