Missing Heart Piece

So I'm down to finding the last heart piece in the game, and I even have the official strategy guide from Bradygames. The guide has a lot of errors, and one of them is the hearts list. I tried referencing some other online forums to no avail.

The guide lists one of the Windfall heart pieces twice:
**Place town flowers in the metal holders and then talk to the guy on the bench near the cliff
**Participate in the Joyous Volunteer Association's drive to beautify the island

I'm thinking that heart piece I need is on Windfall because there are supposed to be 9 there, and I believe I've gotten 8. Any and all help appreciated.

Treasure Chart 2 - Rock Spire Isle
Windfall Island, give 20 skull necklaces to NEW rich man
Treasure Chart 20 - Bomb Island
Earth Temple, B1, destroy all floormasters in room (6)
Treasure Chart 5 - Thorned Fairy Island
Wind Temple, B1, either break 5 tiles with boots, or kill Stalfos and Bokoblins in pots
Top of Headstone Island, need to use pear on seagull

Sea Hearts Chart - Treasure Chart 32 (Boating Course)
Island Hearts Chart - Treasure Chart 19 (Flight Control Platform)

Best bet is to get the Sea Hearts and Island Hearts Charts so that you can find them more easily.
