Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

Okay then I now know how to get both statues down. Question number two: how on earth do I get onto the fallen statue with a bomb flower without it blowing up in my face?

It is really tricky & you may fall into the lava a few times, or end up throwing the bomb flower. But you have to be fast & you have to run & hit the jump at the last moment before the ledge. It takes a few trys to master it, even then it is hard. I found the best starting position was to take the flower from the far right, run & jump to the part of the statue already down on the far right. That way you have more landing space & it's easier to line up the final throw.
