Shoot them!!!

What do you mean - all you have to do is practice...

Plan ahead - shoot the arrow before the moving target is directly infront of you!?!

You can L target them and you'll be able to see link and the target with a ring around it, all you have to do is fire an arrow it might miss once or twice but you'll hit it...

Make it so they are coming at you z target them then shoot.

If they are close enough you can lock on with the left trigger and then press the button you have to bow assigned to, but if they are too far away then you'll just have to free aim.
