Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

Can someone tell me if there is a faster way to move from Island to Island other than using the hurricane? I have tried to help keep the trees alive with the forest water but i dont seem to make it quick enough from island to island....any suggestions?

Hmmm - if your using the Ballad of Gales to get around - which IS the FASTEST way - I don't know why you can't do it!

Okay - you get 20 minutes to get to all of the 8 trees - after that - the forest water will become regular water...

Here's the order I used to water the 8 trees (I'm assuming you know where they are on the Islands):

1.) Set the wind to East - get the water and sail East to (7,2).
2.) Teleport to (2,4).
3.) Sail Southwest to (1,3).
4.) Teleport to (4,2) and sail West to (3,2).
5.) Teleport to (5,4) and sail South to (5,3).
6.) Teleport back to (5,4) and sail North to (5,5).
7.) Teleport to (3,5) and sail Northwest to (2,6).
8.) Sail North to (2,7).

The only way it's possible is to use the hurricane. Go to the Mother and Child isles and go into the big hurricane. Get your bow out and shoot the big frog, if you hit him 3 times he'll give you the melody to summon the hurricanes.
