Head to Windfall Island and go to the school Inside, a teacher will be upset about her four students who refuse to study. Go and talk to the kids, who should be walking around outside. They'll compromise and go to class only if you can beat them in a game of hide and seek. They'll then run off. Find and catch all four kids and they'll agree to study more often. Talk to the teacher and she'll give you the Cabana Deed.

If this doesn't work, then give the teacher 20 Joy Pendants. I'm sure it's just finding the kids that gets you the Cabana Deed, though.

No. I tried both of those ways, actually. Neither worked. Maybe you have a different version? I have Wind Waker for "WiiU."

You have to go in the school on"WindFall Island"and she'll tell you bout the killer bees(there the four boys right in front of the school) go to them (also you have to get the picto box in the cell in the tunnel that you freed "Tingle"from. then go to the boys again. then they'll say you have to play hide and seek.after you find all the boys, they will tell you:can you go say sorry to mrs. marie. do that and it's her b-day soon so go get 20 joy pendants bring them to her and she'll give you the"Cabana Deed.

find and tag th Killer Bees (bhind th stone ware Tott is dancing, bhind th Bomb Shop, in a tree, and bhind a bush on a ledge). talk to Miss Marie and she givs you a Peice of Heart. th Killer Bees r waitin for u outside n tell u she likes Joy Pendants. giv her 1 for a Red Rupee, 20 more for the Cabana Deed, and 20 more for Heros Charm (lets you see the life gauge of ur enemy wen equipped). 1 way to stock up on Joy Pendants is to L-Target a Bokoblin n use the Grappling Hook. all Bokoblins hav 1 with them at all times

To get into Mrs. Marie's (Windfall Island/B4 on sea chart) Cabana, located E5 on the sea chart, you must first meet the schoolteacher (Marie) when you stop at Windfall after The Forsaken Fortress. She will inform you about "The Killer Bees," a group of pesky children in Windfall's main square. Marie will request that you help her teach them a lesson. The group will be just outside the schoolhouse. Talk to Ivan (Killer Bee leader, brown hair, hat) and accept his challenge of hide and seek. Find kids (Behind Tott's dancing gravestone, behind bomb shop, in tree by old man, behind bush outside Windfall Square). Speak to Mrs. Marie and show her a Joy Pendant (Butterfly necklace acquired from Bokoblins and treasure chests). She will pay you 20 rupees for it. She asks for 20. If you have 20, give them to her and receive the Cabana Deed. If you do not have 20, a good way to collect them is by fighting Bokoblins in towers at sea, getting them in night auctions (rich man's house, come back to Windfall after Dragon Roost Island (B6) nd show Wind Waker to the dancing Tott dressed in Elvis clothing, get Song of Passing, play it twice, enter rich man house, play auction) Hopefully you will find 20, and I hope this was helpful.
