Hehe, are you talking about the Triangle Forks that Tingle mentions? Well, he's actually talking about the Triforce, which you find with Triforce Charts.

Just continue playing the game, after a while you'll need to find Triforce Shards. First you should release tingle from the prison on Windfall Island. It's up on the ledge by the man sitting on the bench.
