Alrite man first you need the the ballad of gales from the purple frog in the cyclona nad to beat him keep shooting him with arrows till he tells you a wind waker thingthen you need to go in great fish isle it's in the fist square SE of the pirate place the place wer links sister got trapped and you had to rescue her but you can't till the second time you go now warp to the that island using the ballad of gales then thats wer you get the fire and ice arrow so then you got to a really icy island you shud already know wer it is and have it marked on you're map shoot a fire arrow into the stone dragons mouth and I think you can figure out the rest on you're ownoh and you have to go to the really windy island north of windfall and give the fish their some bait and hell tell you

They are located on Ice Ring Isle, which is one square west of Forest Haven.

Ok this is a little bit of a process. I will start by saying look at you map and think of each quadrant as A-G from Left to Right and 1-7 from Top to Bottom. You need to have the bow and arrows to do this. Find a cyclone (B4, I think B2), get sucked in but quickly use your bow to fire up into the center top. There is a cloud that you need to hit three times. Then use the Ballad of Gales you just learned to teleport to B2 (even if you are already there) and the Queen of Fairies will give you the power of Fire and Ice. Then head to E6, shoot a fire arrow into the mouth of the "Dragon Head". You only have a few minutes to navigate you way to the mouth and through the cave to get the Boots. Good Luck!
