When you see a cyclone and it suks you in the little wirlpool around it you have to shoot the guy at the very top 3 or 5 times wit you're bow and arrows and he will come down and give you the gale melody.jus make sure you shoot him bfore you get suked into the cyclone all the way and get thrown.

When you're getting sucked up into that twister type thing (which sends you far away), what you have to do is shoot at the guy in the center of it with your bow and arrow until he stops. He'll then teach you the gale melody.

Once you beat the Tower of the Gods, you'll have the Bow & Arrow - as you Sail the Great Sea, you'll come across a giant tornado. If you get close to the Cyclone, there will be a Pink Frog on a Cloud that you need to hit 3 times with Arrows. When you do, he'll teach you the Ballad of Gales (Down, Right,
Left, Up) - now when you play this Song, you'll be able to Warp/Teleport to certain areas on the Sea Chart! May I recommend Mother & Child Isles...

Get the bow and arrow, shoot the frog on a cloud in the center of a cylone 3 times and he'll teach you it.
