Can somebody please tell me how to beat the earth temple and tell me step by step please thanks

Just search a walkthrough on Google. I know that IGN.com will have one and Supercheats probably has one too.

We could but it would take too lopng so I'll gtive you the main objectives:
Use the Deku Leaf to blow away the gas in the room with the statue in and then hit the switch t5o gain access to 1 of the doors.
Get the mirror shield from the skeleton warriors.
Use Medli's harp and your mirror shield to gain acces to the basement.
Use Medli's harp and move the mirrors to get access to the boss chamber.
Use the mirror sheild to make the boss solid and then knock him into the walls. Then kill all the solid ghosts that make up the boss.
