Does anyone know where to get the hover boots I really need to know I have the collecters edition if that matters please help me

If you're in the Shadow Temple, you'll need the Lens of Truth for sure - if you don't have it, go to the Windmill and show the guy your Ocarina - he'll teach you the Song of Storms. As a Kid, go back to the Windmill and play the Song of Storms for the guy to drain the well - now go inside the well and find the Lens of Truth!!!
To get the Hover Boots, from the room with the bird statue, use the Lens of Truth to head through the door on the right - then continue searching for hidden rooms, one has the Map and the other has the Hover Boots when you destroy the bad guys. Now head back to the room with the bird statue, put on the Lens of Truth again and move it to face the pedestal that has the skull on it - lastly, put on the Hover Boots and go through the door you just opened...
