To destroy the Flare Dancer - use your Hookshot on him to extinguish the flames
And reveal his body which you need to slash with your sword. The coward'll jump back into the fire, when he comes back out, do the same thing...

Easy way to beat a firedancer. Either use bombs or go to the water temple and get the longshot to get rid of the flames. Then charge your sword for a spin attack and when he comes around the coner let it go. Second time around. To get rid of the flames hit the ground that is near him with the megaton hammer then do the spin attack thing.

Use the hookshot on him.
A little ball thing will appear.
L-Target it and hookshot it.
It will pull him towards you.
When that is done slash him with your sword.
You do the same thing on the flare dancer too.
