After you get ALL 3 of the speatrial stones go to the castle wasthe the movie thing jump in the water and get it onley if you have the silver scale wicth you get in the zoras domain as a kid by beting the diving game.

I haven't played in a long time but I only played with my dad.. do you know where all the stones are I only got the one from.the Gorons...bluejays answered:
You learn it when you get the ocarina of time but if you mean the prelude of light, which warps you to the temple of time you get that when you complete the forest temple...
You go into where you get the master sword and sheik (zelda) will teach it to you.
