You don't. The only Legend of Zelda games that are multiplayer are Four Swords and Four Swords Adventure. It is impossible to play multiplayer, even with hacks, because there is no coding for multiplayer in the game.

I've seen that video, they even said in one of the videos that it was a hacked emulator on their PC. A real multiplayer OoT doesn't exist.

It is possible. U need to go download project 64 which is a emulator that can basically run N64 games on you're local system. Then you need to download a ROM of zeldaOOT-4playerEdition.Z64 these files can be found on media fire but by doing so you may be liable for copyright allegations
