Question for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time / Master Quest

I am in the Forist Temple and I have just gone through the twisted coradoor, how do I get to the chest, it is on the wall above the door and to the left. and I think there is a key in there and i need it to open the door.

Keep going through the rooms until you get the fairy bow then go back the that twisted corridor and shoot the eye


PS I have beaten the game many times so I know what I'm talking about

Don't worry about that Treasure Chest yet - if it's blue and gold - then it's the Boss Key and you can't get it yet!

For now - if you have a Key - go through the door in that room and fight the Poe Sister and then get the Fairy Bow and Arrow - the Bow will help you a lot!

Go through the door to the right when you enter the big twisted room. There is a switch somewhere that makes the twisted room normal again. Then you should be able to get to the chest but watch out for the Wallmaster.
