To destroy the spider things, you have to destroy them with the arrows you get in the main hub room. I'm not sure, but lvl2 arrows might help.(get them from the great fairy in the first room of the pegasus boots trial) Hope this helps!

Well, you could run over with Lv. 2 Pegasus Boots, but that won't do you any good. You gotta use your Bow with arrows and shoot them in the eye. Try to take them out one at a time, because after a couple hits instead of shooting one fireball at you, they shoot three at once.
