In the level that's 2 levels after you beat the ogresusan at one point has to shoot 2 different high rock things to stop the ogres and boggles. But how do you stop the ghouls from coming?

You just punch away at the log the reach the next checkpoint, they won't follow you. If that's not what you are talking about then sorry, but that wasn't exactly the most accurate description, I think that one is Frozen Lake.
