I was wondering how to get the substitute clothes (like Lloyd with his eyepatch)? Where and how do I get them?

Once you repair luin there will be a guy who want's to sell you a boathouse buy it then you'll get the costume.
All you have to do is (1) go to the area where the bad guys destroyed Luin, from there rebuild it completely then (2) go to the very end of Luin nad talk to some guy a couple times, then you get the costune!
