To get indignition Genis must know either Lightning or Thunder Blade. Then after it shows Indignition on your tech list in blue use lightning and or thunder blade alot in your battles that you have.

Eventually Genis will use indignition which is a very good move and useful if the enemies stay in the area where the lightning drops.

( I think you have to be in between lvl 60 - 70 to get it in blue on your tech list )

Hope I helped.

Genis only learns indignation as an S type which mean you to make him forget any T type moves such as eruption, and his ex-skills to S type is usually required and I'm not 100% sure where just because I haven't played the game for 2 years but you can also get an S type ring which is an equip item which Makes the person who is using it an S type but it takes some time and by that I mean Genis will normally change to an S type there will not be a sudden shift to S type
