Question for Tales of Symphonia

If you buy the guidebook and look in the monster list it says that 3 of the monsters are mini bosses and 1 of them is the strongest in the game, the numbers are on page 5, and 6 or something close to that, and it says that there location is the forbiden anemnesis.

So my question is where is the forbiden anemnesis, and how do you get there.

Please help and thank you.

Alright, I'm not possitive, but here it goes. The "3 mini-bossess" part is the three sword dancers. When you beat them, you get Lloyd's best weapon, the Kusanagi Blade. And the strongest enemy, id called Abyssion. After you get the Devil's Arms weapons, you take them to him in the Dark Place (where you faced Shadow) and you will fight him.
