How do you use the book that leads to Niflheim in Sybak?

The book in sybak that is thicker with an exsphere without a key crest, that gets you into a conversation with the guy in the corner when you examine it, then when you examine it again, Lloyd says "Now's the time for Dwarven vow #108: Let a dog lie." and I want to get into Niflheim, but I don't know what to do. Can someone please help???

This is tough.

First, you'll need to get the Derris Emblem and you must have made the Pact with Origin and gotten Dirk to forge the Ring of the Pact. To get the Derris Emblem, you have to use the Eternal Sword to take you to Derris-Kharlan. You will get the Derris Emblem soon enough.
After that, you go to Asgard and talk to one of the Elves who will mention the cursed book. Then you can open it with the Derris Emblem and proceed. Niflheim is tough. VERY tough.
