Two questions: is it possible to get the hands?
How do you get mewtwo? I forgot

You cannot be the hands you can only fight them and to get Mewtwo you need to either have 20hours total play time or win 900vs matches

You can not get the hands. Only with an Action Replay. But you won't be able to control them, as in you'll have them, you just can't move.
You have to play twenty hours of normal vs. Mode. Not twenty hours all at one time, but all together in total. Time get's shorter the more controllers you have.

1) No, you can't play as either of the Master or Crazy Hands.
2) To get Mewtwo - you have to either play a total of 20 hours in Melee vs. Mode OR play 700 Melee vs. Matches.
