If you are extremely close to the enemy when you use this move, a force will be emitted from Jigglypuff, allowing you to do some serious damage. Like, the foe should be thrown off balance while on fire.

I've been trying to figure that out to. I may be wrong, but I think it puts players around you to sleep.

The move that Jigglypuff does is rest. If you do it when another person is on or in (you know like in the middle) jigglypuff you can do it and they will get blown away.

The attack is called Rest and you press B+v to use it. If you are close to a foe it will balst the foe skywards or across the screen,very likely to K.O. them.Very useful if you know when to use it,it makes Jigglypuff less useless.

When the other player is close to you it makes them fall asleep.

I believe Jigglypuff is a he. The move is called Rest, and the manual says it's Jigglypuff's hidden One-hit KO move. Your opponent has to be moving while really close by to use it.
