Is there a easy way how to get Mewtwo instead of playing for 20 hours and playing 700 VS matches.

Put in four controlers, then keep it on when you get to school etc.
Finish battle and mewtwo SHOULD appear.

To do this, you must have two controllers. Go to a melee match, select any character for both player one and player two, take off all the items, make it a stock battle (not a time battle) and go to hyrule temple. Then leave your gamecube on overnight. If you've played it at all, it should unlock Mewtwo (but you obviously have to fight him afterwards).

Do what the other guys said, just remember - you only have to do one of them not both lol!

The way I did it was Put stock on 3, and keep the game on. The next day, win the match and it will probably say you have played for 20 hours.
